Jordan Esteban, a 17-year old boy, died of a gunshot wound to the head in a Tulsa, Oklahoma parking lot today.  21-year old Oscar Zermeno was arrested after the incident. According to Zermeno and other witnesses, Esteban was shot accidentally as occupants of a parked vehicle passed a gun around inside the car.
