In Niles, Michigan, Brittany Young, age 35, died today when a gun she was bringing into a local home accidentally fired. No other details have been reported.

And in Ovett, Mississippi, Adam Doggett, age 41, is in intensive care after a friend accidentally discharged a 9 mm gun in his backyard. According to the report, witness statements are consistent with an accidental shooting as are the nature of the wound.
