In Guthrie, Oklahoma, a ten year old found a gun in his home. He shot and killed his 12-year old brother.  The boy died at the hospital.  There is no report that anyone has been charged in connection with the incident.

 In New Orleans, Louisiana, 18-year old Zyaire Cornelius was arrested after his two-year old brother found a stolen gun in the back of the car while Cornelius was filling the tank with gas at Costco.  The toddler used the gun to shoot himself in the leg.  The little boy is hospitalized and Cornelius has been charged with child cruelty and possession of a stolen gun.
