19-year old Toni Knight was struck and killed by a stray bullet when a group of individuals began firing at each other in Petersburg, Virginia tonight. An 11-year old was also struck and injured. Knight was carrying groceries to her apartment when she was killed.

Delvin Mitchell, age 19, was arrested and charged with homicide.
