In St. Louis, Missouri, a 4-year old found a loaded gun and died after accidentally shooting himself today.  Minimal details were reported and there is no word about charges.

In Dekalb, Illinois, three men were arrested after they failed to take proper safety precautions while engaging in target practice.  One of their rounds passed into a neighboring home and struck a man in the foot.
