A five-year old Middletown, Ohio boy left at home with his 14-year old brother and two other kids found his father’s loaded 9 millimeter pistol in a bedroom and shot himself in the leg.  As a result of the investigation, Fernando Enamorado, 31, was charged with “felony endangering children.”  According to the report, the boy’s brother called his father who called 911.

In Decatur, Georgia, a 17-year old  boy at a restaurant reached into a bag that contained a loaded gun while seated at a restaurant. The gun went off and struck both he and another 17-year old at his table in the leg.  Both were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
