A Henderson, Nevada 14-year old was charged with involuntary manslaughter after shooting and killing his ten-year old brother with a shotgun.  According to the report, the involuntary manslaughter charge means that the shooting was considered unintentional.

One neighbor described the victim’s family as the “perfect family.” That’s extremely devastating,” said a mother who lives a street over. “I just can’t imagine what they’re going through or what, like, I just can’t. I can’t. Because like if that ever happened to me, I don’t know what I would do.”

There is an ongoing investigation.
