19-year old Donovan Meinke was arrested after accidentally shooting himself in a domestic violence incident.  Elyria, Ohio police announced that the incident also resulted in injuries to the 19-year old woman that Meinke lived with.  Although Meinke was already facing felony weapons violation charges from a prior incident in February, in this matter he was only charged with misdemeanors: improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation, disrupting public services and domestic violence.
