On Lazy Acres Circle in Dallas, Texas, Wendy Godoy, age 26, was accidentally struck and killed when a neighbor fired a gun in a nearby apartment.  The gunshot passed through at least one apartment wall before striking her.  Ms. Godoy was found lying face down just outside of her apartment.

Police have issued a probable cause warrant for her neighbor Noe Leon-Claudio, age 30.
