A group of Salem, Oregon teenagers were playing with a pair of guns in a local park when one of them was shot.  The boy was struck below the waist and was taken to a local hospital.

 It is unclear how the group of kids, who were between ages 13 and 16, had access to the guns.  However, two of the children were arrested and taken to a juvenile detention facility.
