In San Antonio, Texas, a woman was shot in the head when a bullet passed through a wall from the next apartment.  Her neighbor claimed to be sleeping with a gun nearby that fired when he moved in his sleep.  The woman’s wound is not considered life-threatening.  There is no word yet about whether the man will be charged with a crime.
