For the second time this month, a Sumner County, Tennessee child was killed in a gun accident.
In this case, which occurred in the small town of Westmoreland, the sheriff’s office announced only a fatal accident involving the death of a six-year old child. The office stressed that the incident was “purely accidental” and declined to release additional details.
As reported earlier, on July 7, 2021, eight-year old Brayden Bowling of Goodlettsville, Tennessee died in a gun accident. The circumstances of that accident are also unavailable.
