Erik Keith Wood of Fortuna, California, age 42, was arrested and charged with attempted murder today after shooting a teenager who apparently was playing Ding Dong Ditch at Wood’s home.  The game involves ringing someone’s doorbell and then running away.  The teenager was treated at a hospital for a shotgun wound and released.
