At least two gun-owners accidentally shot themselves today in separate incidents.  

The first accident, in Columbus, Ohio, occurred when a man was cleaning his gun. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The other accident occurred at the Hawg Pen bar in Raleigh, North Carolina, where a man shot himself in the thigh while removing his gun from his holster. That man was also hospitalized for treatment.
