A 19-year old Kingston, New York teenager who accidentally shot himself in the neck in New York City yesterday died today at the Mid-Hudson regional hospital in Poughkeepsie.  He had been airlifted there for surgery after the accident.

According to police, the investigation shows that the teenager, Raymond Robinson, had mishandled a friend’s gun.  The friend, Oryin McLeod, age 20, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.
