Thomas Ivy, age 18, of Des Moines, Iowa, accidentally shot and killed Elijah Brown-Townsend, age 15, while handing him a gun.  The two were in a vehicle parked at a convenience store when the accident occurred.  Ivy was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter.
