In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 22-year old Deyandre Gilmore was showing his gun to a 17-year old.  The gun fired while being handled by the teen and Gilmore was shot dead. 

The teen, who has not been identified, has been arrested and charged with negligent homicide.  The news report about the incident does not say whether the teenager was aware that the gun was loaded.
