In Engelhard, North Carolina, Brandon Marshall was accidentally shot and killed while duck hunting with his son.  Details of the accident were not released other than that Marshall was in a duck blind at the time of the accident and that he died on the way to the hospital. An enforcement officer with the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Authority said, “the Wildlife Commission’s investigation has concluded that [the] incident was a unforeseeable accident and that everything possible was done to save Marshall’s life.”
