A 74-year old man was accidentally shot and killed in his Louisville, Kentucky home today. The round that killed him was fired in a dispute between two groups of people outside. The man has not been publicly identified and no arrests have been made.

We call him Mr. Herb,” a neighbor said. “He’s a great man; he is and was a pillar of the community.”

“As any of us would do when you hear massive gunfire, as always happens here, we come to our front doors to see what’s going on,” she added. “Unfortunately, that cost him his life.”
