In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, a 12-year old girl was accidentally shot in the wrist by a 12-year old friend.  When police arrived at the scene, they found the girl with blood dripping down her arm and a sweatshirt tied around her hands. 

Witnesses told police that the 16-year old had accidentally shot the girl.  According to a report, the 16-year old was taken into custody “for pointing a firearm.”
