In Luther, Oklahoma, a 74-year old grandmother was shot in the back and killed in an accidental shooting.  Her name has not been released.

According to police, five people were inside the home were the accident occurred.  A family member was holding a gun that was believed to be unloaded.  The gun accidentally discharged.

There is an ongoing investigation.
