An unidentified three-year old in Porter, Texas found a gun and shot himself in the chest at his own birthday party.  He later died at the local fire station.

The boy’s family members were playing cards at the time of the accident.  The gun had fallen out of the pocket of someone present at the party.

The county sheriff’s office said, our “thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of this tragic accident.”
