A young Roanoke, Virginia boy was found in a vehicle with gunshot wounds.  He later died at the hospital.  The boy’s age was not released. 

Police responded to a “shots fired” call and later found the boy.  A man separately arrived at the hospital with gunshot wounds.  Police assume that the two injuries are related to the “shots fired” incident and are investigating.

There were also reported incidents in which young children were accidental victims of intentional gun violence on April 3, April 4, April 5, and April 6.
