A three-year old girl and her father were both injured in Atlanta, Georgia, when the father’s gun accidentally went off while he was handling it inside their apartment.  The father, Sahir Duvall, was shot in the hand and his daughter was shot in the neck. Duvall drove them both to the hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Duvall was later arrested and charged with reckless conduct.  He has a previous record for weapons-related offenses.
